RETURN POLICY
Refunds and Store Credit Policy
Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, free of any pet hair, stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear. Please return in original packaging.
Items sold as FINAL SALE are not valid for return, no exceptions. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Please email in to receive a prepaid return label.
Once return is received please give us 2-3 business days to process your return. Once processed, you will receive an email confirming the store credit has been issued. Your credit will not expire and can be used towards any items on SaltyHoney.co! You can see your balance by logging into your profile on our site!
Please remember, there is a $7.00 return processing fee that will be deducted from your credit total.
During launch weeks please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed, we will do everything we can to get your credit issued as quickly as possible. Delays may occur if directions are not followed.

We offer store credit only for eligible returns. We do not issue refunds to original payment methods.
SHOP PAY INSTALLMENT POLICY
If your purchase was made using Shop Pay Installments powered by Affirm, please understand that store credit does not cancel or modify your installment agreement. Shop Pay Installments is a third party payment service and manages your payment plan separately from our store.
When you place an order using Shop Pay Installments, you are committing to a payment agreement at the time of purchase. If an item is returned, store credit is issued in place of the product. The installment payments you agreed to will continue according to your original payment schedule.
Store credit cannot be applied toward Shop Pay or Affirm balances and cannot be transferred to reduce or cancel installment payments. Store credit is intended for use on a future purchase with our store.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why am I still making payments if I received store credit?
When you choose Shop Pay Installments at checkout, you enter into a payment agreement with Affirm. Store credit replaces the returned item but does not undo the original purchase agreement. Your installment payments continue as scheduled, and your store credit is available for use on a future order.
Can my store credit be applied to my Shop Pay Installment balance?
No. Store credit can only be used toward future purchases with our store. It cannot be transferred to Shop Pay or Affirm or used to reduce installment balances.
Checkout Notice
Returns are issued as store credit only. Purchases made using Shop Pay Installments remain subject to the original payment agreement with Affirm.
Return Confirmation Message
If your original purchase was made using Shop Pay Installments, your payment plan remains active. Your store credit is available for immediate use on a future purchase.
